Local Business Owner Urges Consumers To Buy Canadian

PRINCE GEORGE – Federal officials are going back to the negotiating table this week, taking on yet another round of NAFTA talks. While those discussions are happening thousands of kilometres away, the pinch is being felt locally as many businesses are left in limbo. 

RK Furniture Gallery has decided to absorb that 10 percent increase, rather than pass it on to the consumer. Owner, Sonica Kandola, recommends consumers buy Canadian-made furniture instead.
