Frank Everitt Running Again

PRINCE GEORGE – Frank Everitt is one of the latest incumbent City Councillors to announce his candidacy this election.  The retired Labour leader will be seeking his third term on Council.  Everitt says he’s proud of the city’s accomplishments in tackling challenging infrastructure improvements, including the continuing attention to road rehabilitation. He cites what he sees as a challenge for the incoming Council.

“Working on our downtown and helping those people who are less fortunate,” says Everitt. “That’s something Council is trying to work with Northern Health and the provincial government on. That’s a big issue for our businesses down there and it’s a big issue for our society.”

All the incumbents have announced their intentions, excluding Jillian Merrick and Albert Koehler, who have announced they are not running again.
