Wheelin Warriors Celebrate Record Breaking Year

PRINCE GEORGE- The Wheelin Warriors of the North are back in town after a record-breaking event. Not only did the team raise the most money it has since it’s creation, it also sent the most riders. The team raised more than 180 thousand dollars and 45 riders made the trip down to Vancouver along with 7 support team members. On the way down, team members say they were worried the air quality would affect the weekend as the ride in Alberta was cancelled due to smoke. There was a slight change in the route, as they rode 100 kilometres through the Chilliwack area instead of making their way to Hope. However, they say they are happy with the results.
