RCMP investigate screams for help at Cluculz Lake

VANDERHOOF — Earlier this morning Vanderhoof RCMP responded to a call from a person near Cluculz Lake who heard screams for help. 

North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says Vanderhoof Search and Rescue assisted police with canvassing homes on Jardine road, looking for the source of the screams for help. 

An RCMP helicopter also made several passes over the suspected area. All groups involved came up with negative results in finding the source of the screams.
