City to host multicultural festival

PRINCE GEORGE – A brand new cultural festival is taking place in Prince George in a month.
“Heatwave – Celebrate Cultures” is set for June 21st through to 23rd and encompasses the IMSS’ Day of Cultures, National Indigenous Peoples Day and St Jean de Baptiste.
Events will take place at both the Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park and the Canada Games Plaza. Music, dance, food and activities will all play a part during the three day festival, which is free and family friendly.
