Four arrests lead to court appearances
PRINCE GEORGE — Four people police believe are involved in local property crime are in court today (June 13) in Prince George.
Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass says they were arrested last night (June 12) and this morning (June 13).
He says the first arrest occurred last night near a home near 1st Avenue and Claxton Crescent at around 7:15 p.m.
“During the investigation, an adult male was found hiding from police and provided a fake name,” says Douglass. “He was arrested for obstruction and found to be in possession of a forged cheque, as well as a stolen wallet, credit cards and a passport from a break and enter that occurred late last month in Prince George.”
