UNBC Soccer schedule just two months away

The UNBC Soccer schedule was recently released and it should give us all something to look forward too. Unlike basketball which doesn’t get underway until November, the Timberwolves soccer teams pick up their regular season in a little over two months. The men’s team kicks things off on the August 23rd weekend at UBCO, before opening their home schedule at Masich Place the next weekend, August 30th and September 1st. They’ll play 15 games, 7 at home, from August to October, before hopefully cracking the playoffs. Meanwhile, the women’s team doesn’t get underway until September 5th, it’s a Thursday night at Masich Place. The women will be looking to crack a third-straight playoffs, after winning their first postseason game in program history last year. The women play 14 games, with six of them taking place at home.
