PRINCE GEORGE— Before Canada Day, people celebrated something called Dominion Days- commemorating the dominion status of Canada Day. If it’s something you’ve never participated in on July 1, you’ll have a chance to at Hubble Homestead.

The holiday will start off with a $1.52 breakfast- one cent for every year Canada has been a country. There will be a variety of demonstrations and activities throughout the day, celebrating Dominion Days as people would have in the early 1900s.

Admission is by donation, but it’s recommended each family donates about $10.
