Drug busts seize of over a kilo of narcotics, cash and firearms

PRINCE GEORGE–The RCMP’s Street Crew Section executed three Controlled Drug and Substances Act search warrants as part of a lengthy investigation into drug trafficking in the city.

Drugs were seized from residences on the morning of June 28th on Carlisle Way, Mullett Crescent and Rainer Crescent. A combined total of over a kilogram of cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin/fentanyl were seized, along with a significant amount of cash and three shotguns.

Three people were arrested in connection, a 33-year-old male, 25-year-old male and a 30-year-old female. The suspects, who are Prince George residents and are known to police have been released, pending further investigation.
