Man sentenced for indecent act

PRINCE GEORGE — A 26-year-old Prince George man arrested and charged for 10 indecent acts near UNBC has been sentenced in a Prince George courtroom.

The BC Prosecution Service has confirmed that Frank Levi Stojkovic pleaded guilty to one count of committing an indecent act in a public place contrary to the Criminal Code yesterday (July 11).

He received a suspended sentence with two years’ probation. The Crown stayed the other nine charges.

The sentence was for one of 10 counts he was facing in relation to 10 alleged incidents that occurred between July 2017 and September 2018.
