Men in custody after robbery in Dawson Creek

DAWSON CREEK–Two men are in police custody after holding a store clerk at knife point and demanding money.

Dawson Creek RCMP responded to a report of a robbery at a business located at 108th Ave and 17th St in Dawson Creek. The males were reported entering the business, holding a knife at the clerk and demanding they open the register.

Photos of their getaway vehicle were taken, and RCMP traced the vehicle to a stolen truck that had been reported missing out of Fort St. John. Both male suspects were arrested and are bing held by RCMP in Grande Prairie, AB.
