PRINCE GEORGE — A Prince George City Councillor continues to fight against drug cleanup issues. Brian Skakun working to bring forward a motion to the Union of BC Municipalities, looking to find support for communities all over the province.
The resolution will call for ongoing funding from the province to pay for the cost of cleaning up needles and paraphernalia from city streets.
It is an issue that has been plaguing the downtown in Prince George for years and hinders businesses in the area as well.
