Three dead dogs found in ditch suffering gunshot wounds

PRINCE GEORGE–The SPCA is asking for the public’s help in locating the person in connection to three dead dogs that were found in a ditch.

The SPCA recovered the bodies of a french bulldog, a pug, and a miniature pincher yesterday near the intersection of Damms Road and Willow Cale Road. The animals appear to have died from gunshot wounds to the head, an investigation is currently underway.

SPCA officials say that the dogs appeared to be in good health and well cared for, making the cause of death even more disturbing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SPCA’s provincial call centre at 1-855-622-7722.
