PRINCE GEORGE — October was colder than normal in Prince George.
That from Environment Canada who say the average temperature last month was 2.6 degrees, almost two degrees below the 4.5 average.
“It wasn’t in the top five but it was colder than normal,” says Environment Canada Meteorologist Doug Lundquist, who notes the amount of precipitation for the month was a bit down at 53 millimetres compared to the normal 63 millimetres. “So, about 85 per cent of average.”
