Tough night on the court for UNBC Basketball

The 2nd half of opening weekend for the UNBC Timberwolves basketball teams didn’t go according to plan.

The women’s team dropped a tough 70-60 decision to the UVIC Vikes to fall to 0-2 on the season.

Meanwhile, the men suffered their first loss of the campaign as they fell 83-60.

Both basketball teams will be back on the court next weekend for a pair of games.

They will hit the road for their first contests away from PG with a pair of games against Trinity Western.
