Mar 25, 2020 | 9:38 AM

PRINCE GEORGE—The Fifth Annual Climb for Cancer event has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Due to the rapidly evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is difficult at this point to pick a new date for the Climb for Cancer,” said Doug Bell, Planning Committee Chair.

“I want to assure people that the Climb for Cancer will go ahead at a later date and that all donations raised to date and moving foreward will go to the Kordyban Lodge.”— Doug Bell

The fundraiser sees participants walk or run the cutbanks in support of Cancer. $172,000 have been raised by participants and sponsors since the event began in 2015.
