Early morning fire on Carney, estimated $20,000 in damage

PRINCE GEORGE—Fire Crews responded to a fire on Carney St. early this morning (Apr.16.)

According to Prince George Fire Rescue, crews from three halls were deployed to the 1300 block of Carney St. at around 4:30 a.m.

When they arrived they found a fully involved backyard shed that had extended to the neighbouring fence and shed.

Fire crews were able o get the fire under control and prevented it from affecting nearby homes.
