Wilson Square Farmers Market launches summer season
PRINCE GEORGE – Something has returned to Prince George as the calendar slips into May. And it’s not the tulips.
The Wilson Square Farmers Market launched a new season on Saturday.
“It’s not a typical setup,” explains Maria Pennock, President of the Wilson Square Farmers Market. “Normally if someone dropped in, we would find a place for them. That’s not happening now. You have to phone and set it up ahead of time. Each vendor has their own hand sanitizer and some of them even have a plastic sheet in front of their booths.”
Each booth has to be separated and there is only one entrance and one exit.
