150 K in damages in Oak Street apartment fire

PRINCE GEORGE –Damage is pegged at $ 150,000 in an apartment fire in the 2500 block of Oak Street just after 8:30 last night. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from a second-story suite.The fire was contained to the apartment of origin.The lone occupant was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor smoke inhalation. The fire is under investigation at this time.
