38 charities across Northern B.C. and Cariboo receive funding support amidst pandemic

PRINCE GEORGE—38 charities across Northern B.C. and the Cariboo are receiving $294,495 to help address organizations emerging needs amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

The grants are part of the Emergency Community Support Fund (ECSF), funded by the federal government and are being distributed by the Prince George Community Foundation. The money will help fund PPE, cleaning materials, support mental health services, food banks, hamper programs, technology support and more.
