RCMP seek assistance in locating man believed to be involved in assault on bus driver

PRINCE GEORGE–RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect believed to have assaulted a bus driver last month.

Prince George RCMP say that on Thursday, July 16 they received a report of a man throwing a drink cup at a transit bus operator after an argument. Police say the incident took place at around 3 p.m. near the corner of Ferry Ave. and Upland Street.

The suspect is described as:

  • male
  • 20-30 year old
  • short hair
  • wearing a black jacket, black pants and carrying a light coloured backpack
