New COVID-19 restrictions frustrating for local bars, concerning for restaurants
PRINCE GEORGE – For the hospitality industry, the new restrictions are concerning and hard to process for local business owners but in much different ways.
Troy McKenzie, Owner of the Black Clover says it’s detrimental to his pub with a good chunk of their revenue being generated after 10 p.m.
“At the clover, we’re Thursday, Friday, Saturday driven,” says McKenzie. “Somewhere between 50 and 75 percent of our business would fall into that category.”
