Trio of Capitals seize Golden opportunity with Team BC

PRINCE GEORGE – A trio of Northern Capitals were chosen to represent Team B.C. at the Western Regional U18 Championships in Portage la Prairie this past week.

Forwards Brooklyn Hutchings and Hailey Armstrong, along with blue-liner Keagan Goulet, were part of a Team B.C. performance that saw them clinch the championship and bring home gold.

Dawson Creek’s Armstrong was the overtime hero of the final game against Alberta, scoring the winner. B.C. beat Team Alberta 3-2.
