Williams Lake RCMP locate 12-year-old girl

WILLIAMS LAKE- Update: According to RCMP, the girl has been located safe and sound.

Earlier: Police in Williams Lake are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing girl that has not been seen in approximately two weeks.

On Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 5:14 pm, the Williams Lake RCMP received a report that 12-year-old Bevon Nadine Stonechild was missing.

She is described as

• Indigenous female
• 12 years old

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being asked to contact police.
