TWolves see return of out-of-province matchups as Canada West releases soccer schedules

PRINCE GEORGE – It will be a full return to a packed schedule for the UNBC Timberwolves soccer teams as Canada West released the 2022 schedule.

The men’s team will get their season underway a few weeks prior to the women, as they open up their season with a back-to-back against Trinity Western at Masich Place Stadium on Friday, Aug. 26, with the second game of the weekend coming on Sunday, Aug. 28.

Meanwhile, the women’s team won’t get started until September. Their first game comes on Saturday, Sept. 3 down in Kelowna when they take on the University of British Columbia Okanagan Heat. They’ll then travel up Highway 97 to Kamloops for a Sunday match against the Thompson Rivers University Wolfpack.
