PGSO kicks off season with Saturday night performance

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Symphony Orchestra kicks off its season with a concert tomorrow night at Vanier Hall.

It will feature pianist Jane Coop, one of Canada’s most prominent and distinguished artists.

The Mainstage series will feature five concerts with the full orchestra at Vanier Hall and will run through next spring.

In addition to that, three family concerts will be presented at UNBC’s Canfor Theatre. These concerts are aimed for kids aged five to 11, but patrons of all ages will be welcome to attend.

The PGSO will also be teaming up with Nove Voce, the Cantata Singers, and tenor Ian Cleary to celebrate Christmas with the PGSO at Vanier Hall.
