Zimmer re-appointed shadow minister of northern affairs

PRINCE GEORGE — Bob Zimmer, Member of Parliament for Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies, has been re-appointed to his position in Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre’s new shadow cabinet.
Zimmer has been re-appointed to the role of Shadow Minister for Northern Affairs and Arctic Sovereignty, and the Canadian Northern Development Agency.
Mr. Zimmer says that he is “honoured to have been appointed once again” and will continue “to work hard every day to be a strong advocate for our Northern communities.”
Zimmer was elected as a Conservative member of parliament in 2011, and had previously been appointed as Shadow Minister for Northern affairs and Arctic Sovereignty in 2021.
