Prince George unemployment lower than national rate

PRINCE GEORGE — The unemployment rate in Prince George was 3.5 per cent in October, , up from 3.4 per cent in September, but lower than the national rate of 5.2%.
Statistics Canada says October was a good month for the economy nationally with 108,000 jobs created.
In the Cariboo region, the unemployment rate dropped from 5.2% to 4.3% in October.
