Infrastructure already feeling the toll of winter
PRINCE GEORGE — With the weather outside unpredictable during winter time, from minus 40 one day to snow and 0 the next. With that, our infrastructure can be vulnerable to the weather.
Infrastructure may not be a glamorous topic, but it is vital to our city, and during the winter time, vital pieces of infrastructure can break down, such was the case on December 20th and 21st, when two water main breaks occurred in downtown Prince George. On December 22nd, a suspected water main break took place at the Pine Centre Mall.
Councillor Tim Bennett says that works needs to be done to improve the infrastructure we have.
