Salvation Army kettle campaign has raised over $135,000 so far

PRINCE GEORGE — The Salvation Army’s kettle campaign has raised over $135,000 dollars so far this season.

Roy Law with the Salvation Army says the kettle campaign in 2022, is on par with the last couple of years. He notes that kettle donations are down, but there has been an increase in online donations.

Law noted that this was a tough year for the community, but wanted to thank Prince George for taking the effort to donate to help the less fortunate in the community. Despite the decrease in kettle donations, the money raised so far will go a long way.
