Slippery streets lead to crashes

PRINCE GEORGE — A mixture of ice and fog has made getting around town more difficult this morning.

Two cars went in the ditch this morning on Highway 97 north though no one was seriously injured. Those crashes occurred at Highway 97 at Christopher Road and at Old Summit Lake Road.

The slippery conditions could persist all week with highs rising above the zero mark today, Thursday and Friday.
