Young’s 30 save shutout helps the Cougars blank the Rockets

Kelowna, BC– The Prince George Cougars chalked up their third win in four nights with a 3-0 win over the Kelowna Rockets, Tuesday at Prospera Place.

It was a big night for Ty Young, posting his first WHL shutout, making 30 saves . Cole Dubinsky, Blake Eastman, and Viliam Kmec scored for Prince George.

The Cougars improve to 17-17-3 on the season.Their next game is Friday,  January 13th in Lethbridge against the Hurricanes.
