College Heights projects moving to next stage

PRINCE GEORGE – Council has approved four separate applications for re-zoning and Official Community Plan variations,

The applications are incorporated in a nearly 700-page Comprehensive Development Study for College Heights, which lays out a plan for housing in the neighborhood.

The proposals would, over time, add 1,427 new units to the neighbourhood.

Two of the applications would normally not require a public hearing, but given the impact on the neighbouring community, Council approved having hearings in all four cases.
