Spruce Kings suffer lopsided loss to Nanaimo

SEATTLE — The Spruce Kings wrapped up their two games at the BCHL showcase in Seattle with a lopsided 7-2 loss to the Nanaimo Clippers.
Max Ranstrom scored the first goal of the game at the 5:51 mark of the first period but it was all downhill from there. JR Perdion had the Kings other goal, his fourth of the season, late in the second period.
The Kings are back on the ice Saturday night when they visit the Trail Smoke Eaters. Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
