Prince George ringette team rushing to Westerns

The Prince George Rush were BC’s Best 18 and older co-ed Ringette team at the beginning of the month, when the local ringette association hosted provincials. Now the team will get to test their skills against the best teams in Western Canada.  The team’s provincial win secured their spot at the Western Canadian Ringette Championships in St. Albert. They beginning on Thursday for the Champions of the four Western Provinces. The PG team also features 2 male players and a few females who got to play in double-A Nationals growing up. The ages of the Rush players range from 17 to 32, but most of the team has played together their entire life.
