Veterinarian from Vanderhoof set to star on new show
PRINCE GEORGE —A veterinarian from Vanderhoof is set to star in a new television program on Monday, as she is part of a new show called Wild Rose Vets, which will air on APTN.
The show will feature an all-new cast of three Indigenous, female veterinarians in Western Canada as they navigate the ups and downs of helping animals in need while also exploring their rich Indigenous heritage and cultural ties.
Dr. Cori Stephen, is the owner-operator of Nechako Valley Animal Health Services in Vanderhoof, BC, the only mixed animal clinic for 100 kilometers.
