Carrier Sekani Family Services releases film series highlighting hope and strength

Stories of Hope and Strength is a series of short films that will highlight notions of Hope and Strength that exist in Indigenous Communities and in particular within Indigenous women. These stories share personal journeys, life wisdom and teachings that reaffirm the value, importance and love that exists in all Indigenous peoples. The messages also call on the greater responsibility of the country to call out and break down negative stereotypes and stigmas of Indigenous peoples that exist in the media.
