This ‘Fireball’ of a pitbull cross is in search of a family

PRINCE GEORGE— If Mr. Worldwide was on your Spotify wrapped, this four month old pitbull pup may be perfect for you. Tefino is a shy pitbull cross who is receiving Hotel Room Service at the North Cariboo BC SPCA.

“He’s still learning everything. The shelter’s a scary environment, but when he gets to know you, he is the cuddliest of cuddly puppies,” says Cari Ito, the Clinic Manager of the BC SPCA Spay/Neuter Clinic. “He just wants to sleep with you and cuddle.”

Ito says that Tefino does love chase games adding that if you are adopting him and have a cat you would need to train him to not go for the cat. This would involve disrupting any potential chases with a toy as well as praising them when they don’t chase the cat.
