Houston stabbing victim airlifted to UHNBC

PRINCE GEORGE — A 33-year-old Houston BC resident was airlifted to UHNBC in Prince George early Wednesday morning after he was stabbed.

RCMP have arrested a 36-year-old male in connection with the incident who’s facing an aggravated assault with a weapon charge.

He’s due to appear in court Thursday (Dec.19). The stabbing occurred in the 3100 block of Hagman Crescent in Houston just before 1:30 a.m.

Police believe this to be targeted with no further risk to the public. Houston RCMP ask any witnesses to the incident to contact them at 250-845-2204.
