There are a number of types of chocolate, and if you pair it down, even more flavours. We decided to pay a visit to a man who creates plenty of unique and often spicy flavours in Prince George all for a cause! We take you from pepper to product on the show. You can find Shawn’s Spicy Chocolate at a number of local businesses including the Northern Lights Estate Winery, The Open Door Cafe, and more all to support an endowment fund at the PG Community Foundation.
