Bob Zimmer cruising to re-election

PRINCE GEORGE — CKPG News is projecting Conservative Bob Zimmer will win re-election in Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies.
With 15/276 polls reporting, Zimmer has 3,132 votes, good for 78.8 per cent of votes cast. Liberal Peter Njenga is second, with 553 votes, or 13.9 per cent of the vote. The NDP’s Cory Grizz Longley is in third with 171 votes, or 4.3 per cent of the vote. Mary Forbes of the Greens has 75 votes, good for 1.9 per cent and David Watson of the People’s Party of Canada has 43 votes, or 1.1 per cent of the vote.
