Coffee can be made many different ways, it can also be grinded down from the bean in many different ways. Adjusting little things like how much the beans are grinded, the temperature of the water, and the time to brew can greatly affect the product that goes into the cup. The folks at The Open Door Cafe have it dialed down to a science and they showed us the thought process today as they just made their coffee a little stronger for your liking!
