Update: Woman reported missing at Fort Fraser located

FORT FRASER —Update: RCMP say the woman has been located and are thanking the public for their assistance in this matter.

Earlier: RCMP need the public’s help locating a missing woman.

Police say Bobbinette Thomas was last seen on Monday, October 20, just before 4 p.m. at the Fort Fraser Petro Canada. RCMP say she had intended to stay the night in Burns Lake.

Description of Bobbinette Thomas:

  • 72 years;
  • 5 ft 10 in (178 cm);
  • 140 lbs (64 kg);
  • White hair;
  • Blue eyes.

She is associated to a grey 2022 Chevrolet Silverado bearing BC plate, VL3790.

Police believe that Bobbinette Thomas may be in the Burns Lake area. Police are very concerned for Bobbinette Thomas’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long.
