If you haven’t heard, cardio drumming is how folks are staying in shape and having fun while they’re doing it these days, at least that’s what the group who calls themselves cupcakes will tell you! Step into a cardio drumming class at the Spruce Capital Seniors Centre, part of the offerings in the City of Prince George’s Winter Rec Guide which officially launches on December 3rd.
