Local Celebrity Impersonator Headed South

PRINCE GEORGE- Kat Fullerton says her inspiration comes from her “loving obsession.” She has been a fan of Marilyn Monroe for years, and after pursuing a post-secondary education in acting, she says it made sense to impersonate her role model. She is headed to Sunburst Convention in Florida at the end of the month. It’s an opportunity to network with other celebrity impersonators, participate in workshops, and share tips with other Marilyn lovers from across North America.  “At one point there were six Marilyns all together in the same room,” says Fullerton, “all we do is learn from each other.” Fullerton currently dresses as Marilyn Monroe at special events around the city.
