192-Unit Housing Project Passes Third Reading

PRINCE GEORGE – Only one person spoke during a public hearing in Council Chambers about a 192-unit housing project on Southridge Avenue. The complex will be a mixture of apartment buildings and condos at the location behind Walmart.

However, there were concerns about the traffic such a large complex would add to the area. 

However, a traffic impact study will take place before final reading.
