PRINCE GEORGE – The pros and cons of proportional representation will be up for debate at UNBC Saturday afternoon.

There are representatives from both sides of the argument. Suzanne Anton is one of the three-member No Proportional Representation Society while Peter Ewart the pro-PR group Stand Up for the North.

The doors open to the Canfor Theatre at 11:30 with the debate getting running from noon until 1:30.

Premier John Horgan promised to look at electoral reform after the last election and voters will be asked to consider it in a mail-in referendum.
