Unknown future for CNC gym floor after flood
PRINCE GEORGE – Clean up continues after a watermain break on Friday left the CNC gym floor under 10 centimetres of water.
Crews managed to quickly mop the water up but the damage is now being assessed. A workout space and several classrooms in the gym area are also shut down.
The College gym has several outside users including the Prince George Youth Volleyball Club who had to find a different location for a weekend tournament.
“We’ve got some events coming up, internal and external so we are working to make sure that their needs are met and we transition them to a safe and healthy environment until we clean everything up,” said Executive Director of Communications at CNC, Alyson Gourley Cramer.
