Family is everything, especially after the loss of a loved one it makes you realize how precious life is and reminds you to be humble and always tell your loved ones how much you love them. This photo was taken 2 years before I lost my youngest sister. It was taken in a tiny isolated community that is situated along the river of Trembleur Lake BC. This village was my home and is known as Middle River. What makes this photo even more special is because of the time we have spent away from there. I miss my sister every day and regret all the times I argued with her and regret not telling her how much I loved her and how much she meant to us as a family. I can no longer create memories through family photos like I used to but as long as I have these I will never forget our times spent together
