Hi there,
I would like to win tickets for my family to attend “Come From Away”. Last year in June I visited and explored the amazing province of Newfoundland. I went to the famous Gander Airport. I bought the book “The Day the World Came to Town” and truly enjoyed reading about the compassion and kindness from the town's people and Newfies everywhere in the province! It was a tearjerker! I experienced the same great proud welcoming Canadian spirit when I was there! It reminded me of my wonderful Newfie friends, who moved to BC and started at my elementary school. Kind, generous and fun loving folks with some different kinds of yummy foods like molasses on toast, jigs dinner, cod cakes, bakeapple berry pie, and Labrador tea. I would highly recommend a trip to our most eastern province. It is a treasure.
